"OGG Edu is a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of educating practitioners in Central Ohio regarding the delivery of high-quality care for patients with gastrointestinal and liver diseases."
Background

Who we are

OGG Edu runs educational symposia for physicians and advanced practice providers in partnership with Ohio Gastroenterology Group in Columbus, Ohio. Ohio Gastroenterology Group is the largest group of providers serving GI and liver diseases in Central Ohio, with 51 physicians and 34 advanced practice providers.

The group performs more than 50,000 procedures a year across 5 office locations in the metropolitan Columbus area and 7 area hospitals, providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient services with broad expertise in all aspects of gastroenterology and hepatology.

Through our educational programs, we bring together regional experts, community providers, and primary care physicians to review the latest peer-reviewed literature and clinical best practices — ultimately improving the quality of GI and liver disease care delivered across Central Ohio.

Our programming spans regular subspecialty symposia, dedicated sessions for advanced practice providers, and an annual GI Update designed specifically for primary care providers in the community.
